An iindividualised program of exercise physiology intervention aimed at reducing falls rates and improving clients general functional ability. Treatment consists of functional strengthening and balance exercises. Mobility therapy is designed to ensure that the client maintains their capacity to remain independent and mobile, subsequently reducing the reliance on mobility aids.
