Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessment evaluates a person's level of functioning concerning personal care, daily duties, plus recreational and social activities. The process is managed by an occupational therapist and should be preferably conducted in the person's home environment but can be conducted remotely by video link.

Online home/work Assessments $150
An assessment of the employees work setup, environment and safety when working at home or remotely.
Basic Erogonmic Assessment $350
A 30-minute thorough review of employees work environment to ensure correct workstation setup and maximal comfort inclusive of a brief report summarising assessment findings, stretches/ exercises and ergonomic equipment recommendations.
Comprehensive Assessment $550
A 60-minute assessment designed to assess an injured worker’s environment to reduce exacerbation of current injuries, aches or pain, provide education, management techniques and equipment.

An occupational therapy assessment for home modification will relate function, ability and goals of the client. Occupational Therapist will recommend modifications that suit both client needs and Australian Standards for access.
